Arriving for optional welcome drinks & open mic on the 12th at 6pm at the Grand Union Pub, members are welcome to join this informal social gathering for food and to take the stage! The Grand Union are kindly giving us exclusive dominion over their microphone from 8-10pm.

We recommend the nearby hotels of: St Martins Lodge, Holiday Inn Leicester

13th

The main event day is the 13th November featuring our first ever AGM from 11:30-12:30 in the Sue Townsend Theatre auditorium followed by lunch at a local restaurant.

The afternoon features a songwriting workshop by Boo Hewerdine from 2 until 5pm in the theatre.

Everyone is then invited into the auditorium main space to witness performances by Talent Is Timeless members from 5:30-7pm in the main auditorium.*

Festival prices are not inclusive of catering or accommodation and the event has been structured to allow people to join as day guests or to make a weekend of it and arrive on the 12th.**

*Please note: Would you like to perform? We are requesting that members who have formed groups amongst themselves (2 or more) apply to perform by emailing [email protected]. We have limited slots and can’t accommodate everyone but we will do our best to feature members groups!

**The original plan was 18-20th Nov in Chesterfield but the total price ended up being nearly £500 per person so to make the event more inclusive we have scaled it back to allow members greater flexibility with what they do and don’t want to join in with and relocated to Leicester.
