The Talent is Timeless Songwriting Retreat in Comfort, Texas was an inspiring and educational experience that exceeded all my expectations.

Highlights from the Retreat:

• Expert Instruction: Personalized guidance from UK Americana Singer-Songwriter Danni Nicholls and a conversation with Texas Songwriter Darden Smith provided invaluable insights into songwriting techniques and disciplines.
• Inspiring Setting: The historic Hotel Giles and the charming town of Comfort, Texas offered the perfect backdrop for creativity, influencing our songwriting process.
• Community Building: The retreat fostered camaraderie among participants, leading to new friendships for me and collaborative opportunities.
• Culinary Experiences: From homemade breakfasts to an Italian dinner against a Texas Hill Country sunset, the food added another layer of enjoyment to all our stays.
• Finale: The Talent is Timeless Songwriting Retreat celebrated its finale with performances of our new songs and some sing-a-longs with community neighbors and guests outside n under the hotel gazebo, complete with a dark blue sky and evening moon.  

Saskia Griffiths-Moore, International Folk Artist and Founder of Talent is Timeless, was instrumental in creating this enriching retreat where creativity flowed! This retreat was more than just a workshop. It was  an experience that brought out the artist in all of us, reminding us that in music, talent truly is timeless.
